Volunteering for a local group

As things begin to gradually return to a new normal, people across local communities will rely even more on volunteers for help.

There are over 120 Good Neighbours groups already set up and in place across Hampshire helping their local communities in these extraordinary times.  They are safe and effective and if you are considering volunteering want to hear from you.

Groups need volunteers who can help with some activities at a local level, with shopping, walking a neighbour’s dog, collecting prescriptions or just checking in with a neighbour on the telephone.

INTERESTED? The first thing to do is Find a group, click on a group in an area near you and contact them, if no answer please do leave a message and they will come back to you ASAP.

Meanwhile stay safe!
