We know that all Good Neighbours each offer something special through their act of volunteering, when something a little extra is recognised we really like to share this with you all.

The Lions Club presented Julia Wedlock a volunteer at Yateley Daisy Chain Café with a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of her outstanding service to the Community. Julia was both surprised and honoured to receive the Award, acknowledging it is very much a shared recognition for all of the volunteers at the Café who work hard for its success. Julia is very grateful to the Lions Club for their generous donations and on-going support to the Daisy Chain Café.

Well done to Julia and all of the team at the Daisy Chain Café.

Iris Read, a volunteer with Hythe and District Voluntary Car Group proudly showing her certificate for achieving Runner-Up in the Community Spirit Award for 2018, issued by the Hythe & Dibden Parish Council.

Congratulations Iris!

The latest round of touch points were really well received and provided a good opportunity to meet the new team of advisors, share some 'parking pain' and get up to speed on the GNN KINDNESS CAMPAIGN for 2019!

We are holding a number of Safeguarding Training sessions across the county over the coming months and encourage all GNN Safeguarding Representatives to attend. Starting at 10am, each three hour session will be informative and worthwhile, with some good coffee and biscuits along the way. Please contact Nicky our amazing administrator to book a place, we look forward to seeing you.
